I’m Laurie Sadowski, author of The Allergy-Free Cook cookbook series, dedicated to gluten-free, vegan, allergy-friendly baked goods and desserts.
I love food and I love to bake, have celiac disease, and follow a vegan diet. I’m a fan of cake, I’m trying to learn photography, my family’s really awesome, and I do research and projects on how music and the arts contribute to our wellness.
