SunButter Lentil Stew

I wanted a stew that was a little bit spicy, sweet, creamy, and hearty, and this combination totally met (and exceeded!) what I was dreaming about. This protein-rich soup makes for the best comfort food on a cold fall night, and its loaded with my top seasonal bests: parsnips, sweet potatoes, carrots, and greens. The flavor gets some kick from curry, then a hint of sweetness and lots of smoothness from SunButter Natural Crunch.

This stew stores and freezes well, so you can portion it out for quick dinner solutions as the holiday season ramps up, too.

Chocolate-Covered SunButter-Pumpkin Truffles

I’m not one to get on the pumpkin spice bus, but I’ll hop on board for these bad boys. Creamy, smooth spiced pumpkin truffles are loaded with SunButter goodness, then rolled in toasted sunflower seeds, and dipped in a chocolate coating.

If you have leftovers, store them in the freezer—the filling gets transformed into a fudgy texture that’ll basically succumb to a midnight snack the day they’re made.

This is the third recipe I’ve developed for SunButter, one allergy-friendly brand that is a staple in my kitchen.

You can adapt this dessert to your tastes or what you have on hand: try a mixed berry or peach filling, top with a chocolate ganache or a whipped topping (with or without the caramel!), or make the crust in a muffin tin for a tart-sized treat.

SunButter Caramel Cookie Strawberry Pie

A SunButter cookie crust, loaded with strawberries, and topped more cookies and a SunButter-caramel? Yes, please!

SunButter Crumble Strawberry Pie

This is the second recipe I’ve developed for SunButter, one of my favourite allergy-friendly brands and product perfect for from-scratch baking. This pie is super easy — it’s a cookie crust with a short baking time, crumbled cookie topping, and a stovetop strawberry filling that takes moments to prepare (after you slice two pounds of strawberries!). And, because I always have to add one more frill, it’s loaded with a SunButter caramel topping.
